Our sunroom is now our kitchen, and it's not such a bad little kitchen. I would say the one appliance we are really missing is our cooktop; we meant to buy an induction burner or even a single electric coil, but never got around to it. I think we'll probably end up picking one up before this endeavor has finished, just so we can have pasta! I know it is technically possible to make pasta in a microwave, but the results are not so great from what I have heard...
We currently have a microwave, a toaster oven, a crockpot, and most importantly for me, a coffee maker. We moved in our laundry room fridge (an energy hog that will be picked up and recycled by the electric company when this is all over) and our current kitchen fridge, plus both of our work tables. We also set up the old shelving from the corner wine rack, and the two old pantries to store food and pots, pans, and dishes.

Poor Loki freaked out as his food got moved closer and closer to the sunroom door! |

Our mini kitchen---bistro corner table comes with view of the back yard! |

Two fridges, two pantries, Hoosier cabinet in its new, permanent position. The side by side fridge was pain to move--had to remove the doors! |

So this is how we'll be living and eating for the next month or so. It turned out much better and more organized than I ever thought it would since C had the great idea to reuse the shelves and pantries. I don't think we'll be hosting any four-course meals for guests any time soon, but for the five of us it should do just fine.
